My Client-First Philosophy
There are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent real estate professional - integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, marketing savvy, effective negotiation skills and a high-quality professional network, all of which are hallmarks of how I work.
That said, in my experience as a Denver area real estate professional, I've also found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting my clients first. This means keeping myself accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to your needs.
This "client first" philosophy has always been my approach and it requires me to continually improve my skills and ways of doing business. I also strongly believe in treating others as I would like to be treated, in any given situation.
Professional Designations
As a REALTORŽ, I adhere to a strict Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice, ensuring that my clients are treated with the utmost care and diligence.
In attempting to reach a higher degree of professionalism, I have completed rigorous training and met strict testing and practice standards to attain the highly regarded designation of Accredited Buyer RepresentativeŽ (ABRŽ). The designation is the "benchmark of excellence in buyer representation". As an ABRŽ, I am qualified with enhanced skills and proficiency at servicing the special needs of buyers.
The designation of e-PROŽ Internet Professional was awarded to me upon completion of over 40 hours of online training and testing to enhance my internet marketing skills and use of technology. The National Association of Realtors reports that 87% of all buyers search the internet before purchasing a home. Utilizing the internet as part of my marketing strategy provides sellers with more exposure for their listings. In addition, using the latest technology available allows me to be more efficient, productive and responsive to the needs of my clients.
Area Knowledge
I grew up in nearby Gaston County, and have lived in Lincoln County for over 15 years. Lake Norman has been in my backyard for the last 10 years and I can't imagine living anywhere else! I am very familiar with this area, as well as Catawba and Iredell counties and Charlotte.
Background
Thirty years in Customer Service, Inside Sales and Production Planning prepared me to provide my clients with the type of service they expect and deserve.
